Ombatillo Tempranillo wine

Wine “Tempranillo” made from “Tempranillo” grapes selected from the vineyards located in the heart of the “Ribera Baja de Navarra” region. Alcoholic fermentation of 6 days in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks of 27 ° C followed by maceration with dandruff for 20 days, with two pumping per day. Visual: Dark cherry color with violet nuances. On the nose: clean, harmonious and intense. On the palate: Pleasant with hints of liquorice and ripe fruit, well integrated tannins, fresh, lingering and very long finish. Ideal for red meats, game meat, stews, roasts, forages and mushrooms.
